Due to the nature of the business, we cannot offer returns or refunds.

You are free to purchase samples to familiarize yourself with the scent your interested in, or you can get in touch and we can discuss a testing session or we may provide samples in some cases at no cost*.  

Whilst being a new small upcoming business it is of course our priority to provide the highest quality of services, whether it's the actually product, the website or the payment & shipping process. As you can see we're already providing free deliveries for many orders and do sometimes give out free samples to ensure the happiness of our customers and also to express our gratitude towards our customers. We are still bound by the same things that our customers may be such as being effected by the cost of living crisis and the constant increase in acquiring quality ingredients other products to fulfill our orders. 

So believe us when we say this that we will ensure that we will not mess anything up from our end as quality is our main priority in all cases. Disclaimer: Though if there are extreme cases of mishaps we will need to be provided with detailed proof of any loss, damage or any form of shortcomings from our side (Gold Stitches Parfums) side in order for us to be liable. As any damage in transit/process would automatically render the carrier/delivery service liable as all quality checks are done multiple times from our end.
